Shipping policy

Order Processing

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3 working days of payment confirmation before dispatch. Custom orders are processed within the timeframe communicated to you at the time of order. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

If you need your order by a specific date, contact us at hello@shopstudioslay.com before placing your order and we will advise on feasibility.

 

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We ship via SingPost within Singapore at a flat rate of SGD 5.00. Free shipping applies to all orders SGD 80.00 and above.

We do not offer same-day or express delivery. If you prefer to collect your order in person, studio pickup is available - email us at hello@shopstudioslay.com to arrange.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

 

International Shipping

We ship to selected countries via SingPost with tracking included. Shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Free shipping applies to international orders SGD 80.00 and above for Malaysia, and SGD 200.00 and above for all other destinations.

We do not ship to the United States at this time.

We do not ship to PO boxes.

 

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Studio SLAY is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

 

Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Studio SLAY has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or advise on their amount.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe after dispatch, contact us at hello@shopstudioslay.com and we will assist in investigating with SingPost. We are unable to take responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your order.
